· His daughter Caroline is an Obama Supporter

· He notified his wife he was divorcing through a press conference

· Carried on a public affair which NYC tax payers paid for

· Moved his girlfriend into Gracie Mansion while his wife and children still lived there including having NYPD drive his girlfriend around

· Giuliani has questionable judgment: he kept Bernie Kerik on his payroll despite him being under indictment for 16 charges (including lying to the white house, filing false taxes and tampering with witnesses, avoiding the nanny tax)

· Giuliani has questionable judgment by hiring Monsignor Placa, who is a principal figure in a sex abuse scandal that rocked the catholic church, the allegations against Monsignor Placa exceeding the statue of limitations

· 9/11 heroes DON’T ENDORSE HIM because he built the Emergency Command Center inside 7 WTC against advice and because he didn’t fix the problems he was aware of with the radios which caused the loss of lives on 9/11
